Terms and conditions

These terms apply to every order you place on this website with Fast Meds (“we”, “us”). Please read them before you order. By placing an order you agree to them.

• You must be 18 or over and live in the UK to open an account.
• Because we sell medicines, every customer completes a one-time identity check before ordering. The name on your account is the name on your ID and can't be changed online.
• Keep your password private. You are responsible for orders placed from your account.
• We may refuse, suspend or close an account if the identity check fails, or if we believe the account is being misused.

• Product photos are for illustration. Packaging may differ slightly from the picture.
• Always read the label and the patient information leaflet before use. Information on this website does not replace advice from your doctor or pharmacist.
• We may limit the quantity of some medicines in one order, or across orders, and may cancel orders that exceed safe limits.
• Products that need a prescription can only be ordered with a valid prescription uploaded at checkout.

Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where it applies. Delivery is charged at the rate shown in your basket before you order. If we find a price error, we'll contact you before processing the order and you can choose to cancel.

1. When you place an order, we email you an order number and our bank details. This confirms we have received your order, not that we have accepted it.
2. We accept your order when we confirm we have received your payment in full. The contract between us starts then.
3. We may decline an order, for example if a product is no longer available or a prescription is not valid. If you have already paid, we refund you in full.

• We only accept payment by bank transfer. Use your order number as the payment reference so we can match your payment.
• We prepare your order once your payment has reached our account.
• If we haven't received your payment within 7 days, we may cancel the order.
• Coupons can't be exchanged for cash.

We deliver to UK addresses only. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. See our delivery information for details. The goods become yours, and are your responsibility, once they are delivered.

Your rights to cancel and return items, and how refunds work, are set out in our returns and refunds policy. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, or for business losses.

We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for breaching your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

We use your personal information as described in our privacy policy.

We may update these terms. The terms that apply to your order are the ones on the website when you placed it.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring a claim in the courts of England and Wales, or, if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in the courts where you live.
