Returns and refunds

Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. If we haven't sent your order yet, we cancel it. If you have already paid, we refund everything, including delivery.

You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

For health protection and hygiene reasons, medicines and personal care products can only be returned if they are unopened, with their seal unbroken, and in their original condition. We can't accept returns of items that have been opened, used or stored somewhere we can't check, because we can't sell them again safely.

To return an item, tell us within 14 days of delivery, then send it back within a further 14 days. You pay the return postage. We refund the price of the items and the standard delivery charge within 14 days of receiving them back.

If an item arrives damaged, is faulty, or isn't what you ordered, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll arrange a replacement or a full refund, including the cost of returning it.

These rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply whether or not the item has been opened.

If your parcel hasn't arrived within the delivery time shown on our delivery page, contact us and we'll check with the courier. If it's lost, we send a replacement or refund you in full.

Because you paid by bank transfer, we refund to the bank account the payment came from. We'll ask you to confirm the account details if we need them. Refunds are sent within 14 days of us agreeing to the refund (or receiving the returned items) and usually show in your account within 1 to 3 working days.

1. Contact us with your order number and the items you want to return.
2. We reply with the return address and any instructions.
3. Pack the items securely and keep your proof of postage until your refund arrives.
