What delivery costs, when your order is sent and how it's packed.

Delivery cost

UK delivery is a flat £3.99 per order, whatever you buy.

The delivery charge is shown in your basket before you order.

You place your order and receive an email with our bank details and your order number.
You pay by bank transfer, using the order number as the reference.
Once your payment reaches our account, we pack your order and aim to send it within 1 working day.
Most orders arrive 1 to 3 working days after they are sent.

Every order is sent in a plain box or envelope. There are no product names or pictures on the outside.

You can follow your order's status under My account, Orders. When your parcel has a tracking number, we add it there.

We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only. We can't deliver abroad.

If your parcel is late, damaged or missing, contact us with your order number. See our returns and refunds policy for what happens next.
